Been a rough weekend so not much to show, but got hit with inspiration for Damian's SoulForm. Him and Cris having similar 'crowns' where his is dragon horn shaped and hers is flowers. Taking inspiration from FF and MH for him.

Still giving myself credit for the first run, I was still cooking 3 years ago. (You didn't see me delete this I swear to god I'm going to remember to put ALT tags before I push submit)

Karol is getting shoved off the Smash Bros. stage by Maxwell because she doesn't want to be my little dress-up child but he's more than willing to be fabulous and stylish, while I sit by my tablet watching them be mean to each other. 'OUTTA THE WAY, GREMLIN' he yells. He then stands over me as I draw the complicated clothing I should've learned how to do like 2 decades ago with a satisfied grin. 'My turn to shine.'

Doodle while I was working on the previous fancy coat piece. Karol won't play dress-up, Maxwell is happy to be my stylish model and give me a chance to draw better outfits. It works out.

I would love to tackle some short form joke comics and QA here, something not nearly as labor intensive. So practicing with a chibi style to make these fun and simple. #ProjectKHROMA

This is something I've been toying with for awhile now. Like, the original C-Sharpe feels too clunky to me now, and I was looking at Red Mage weapons as something of a rapier/conductor wand as inspiration since I couldn't make the music note look right anymore. Thoughts? #ProjectKHROMA

Transcript: Three years. I'm not gonna lie, this year ====in' sucked, and I did not get out as many pages as I wanted to. But, what can you do when an important part of your life passes away? It took a massive toll on me, and it's taking ridiculous amounts of internal strength to keep going, especially with the dumpster fire of life happening. I knew I was working with half a deck of cards and half a jar of paint this year, so I made do with what I could. I learned how to get all my shiny digital art to exist in the real world and look good too! I took on smaller art projects to recharge and renew my focus. I started figuring out my next steps and made some pretty awesome pages too. I looked for joy wherever I could find it. Right now, I'm just gonna keep getting up in the morning and keep drawing. I will pull whatever color I can from all of this gloop. Thanks for reading. ~ Liz

Posting this now before the day is over. I'm gonna be all over the place this weekend and the 'brain transplant' for my computer is tomorrow so fingers crossed it goes smoothly. A larger version is up on the site under today's page if this one's hard to read.
