Wouldn’t it be cool if you could provide access to your Service Agent through SMS Text (without expensive licenses)? #ProtonText

Don’t tell anybody… I haven’t built my first agent yet. But I did add an invocable action to #ProtonText where you give it a recordId and it returns a JSON string of all related text conversations, which you can use to ground a prompt.
