· Health & safety
· Lower use rates
· Less marketing to youth
· Fewer incentives to push high-potency products

Pennsylvania House advances bill legalizing recreational marijuana Pennsylvanians 21 or older would be allowed to legally purchase and use marijuana under a bill that has passed the state House on Wednesday.

1/#PA House passes Rep. Krajewski’s #PublicMonopoly #cannabis legalization bill:

· #THC limits
· State-run stores
· Plain packaging with prominent health warnings
· Revenue for #equity, #expungement, & #PublicHealth

If legalizing, this is the better direction to go.
