Most of my income is now #QBO clean up. I have a new client who has no books yet. He's a subcontractor and has very little activity. I am doing his books in an excel workbook. I told him not to use QBO.

I gotta say, I've been using #QuickBooksOnline for 3 weeks now, and it's an inferior product to the Desktop 2017/18 version. EVERYTHING opens a new window and takes multiple extra clicks to do the same task. I cannot even estimate how much more time EVERYTHING takes.

This implies that the baked in features of every QuickBooks product since it was introduced are... separate apps??
And they're now calling features that QBO has had forever "My Apps"? As though it's not just... features in the product?

I used QBDT from 98/99 until my last client gave it up after the stop sell last year, but the Audit Trail sucked 😆
Intuit made the Audit Log in #QBO "always on" in 2006; I remember it being a BIG DEAL that it couldn't be turned off. It's always been such a GREAT feature, this is so disappointing

Oh! I "deleted" myself at 1:31pm on 2/15?
That's SUPER WEIRD, especially since... #QBO users CANNOT DELETE THEMSELVES
Weird how I "deleted" myself, right after the other acct firm/user logged in and right before they invited a new acct firm/user, isn't it?

Did I miss the emails notifiying me my Accountant/Firm access had been removed from these 3 #QBO accounts? NOPE
Call the partner of two of the 3 entities, he's like: nope, you're not there but this other person I don't know is (he quickly removes them and reinvites me)

Logged in to QBOA, updated bank feeds, get a client that has 3 entities... All of them just GONE from my client list.
I know my last login was last Wed, because that's the day they asked me to do 1099s
Did I make them inactive on accident? NOPE
