This week, I completed the QSIR practitioner programme. I have really enjoyed being on the journey to discover and learn about all things quality improvement and can't wait to get started on my first project.

Completed my QSIR (Quality Service Improvement & Redesign) training today🎉. The session featured a look at a classic ‘I Love Lucy’ moment — the chocolate factory scene. It summed up demand and capacity perfectly.
When work keeps coming but capacity doesn’t change, quality is affected #QSIR #NHS
