Researchers identify ZnO's I10 shallow donor as a Sn–Li complex via ion implantation & DFT, measuring a 392 MHz electron-¹¹⁹Sn hyperfine interaction—among the largest for shallow donors—enabling fast spin control & nuclear-spin–photon interfaces.
