You know what worked really well? The Metrocard! You know what doesn’t work? OMNY! You know what else worked? The old Queens bus routes! The redesign is awful! I have no hope for this.

@mta.info I just wanted to again “laud” the ridiculousness of the #QueensBusRedesign. My bus now goes down some very narrow streets, which it didn’t previously do. The old route had it on wider streets that allowed it easily maneuver around double parked cars.

@mta.info Thanks again for the absolutely horrific #QueensBusRedesign. My bus now has to go down narrow streets that are easily blocked by double parked cars and also has to make more turns, often at very populated corners with pedestrians that was previously not a problem.

@mta.info “Thank” you for the absolutely absurd #QueensBusRedesign! You took away my bus stop and instead of just getting home wet from the rain, I am completely DRENCHED! And please take the word “Rush” off the bus signs. It is completely misleading and false.

@mta.info A few weeks into the #QueensBusRedesign and not only do I have to walk more to catch a bus that once stopped on my corner, my commute is longer. Who asked for this? How terribly misleading to have the word “rush” on the signs.

Queens Bus Network Redesign We’re working with our riders to reinvent the Queens bus network. We want to make sure bus service is faster, more reliable, and better integrated with the rest of the transit system.

Any word when the #QueensBusRedesign will actually be implemented? Nothing on MTA's website:

I'm just finding out that my sister is going to have a 1 hour 45 minute commute to her college of choice.

She would have to pay $198 extra every month to be able to save 35 minutes by using the LIRR.

The #InterboroughExpress and #QueensBusRedesign would've helped out a bit.
