A VTOL that functions like the Osprey (with both 'aircraft' and 'helicopter' modes) but with one important difference, powered by batteries!
JF-16 and Hercules of the Pakistani Air Force. From my understanding, first time the fast jet (the base model is Chinese) has been seen in the UK at public display.
A Catalina, sadly not in the flying display.
A U2. From a colleague of mine that works at the base, and from seeing them flying fairly regularly overhead, believe these are still based here.

My first time seeing an Antonov An-74T-200 tactical transport.
Named “Coaler,” she is a rare aircraft to see in Europe. The Egyptian Air Force 533rd Squadron operate three of these aircraft, bringing one for static display at #riat25. She was one of my highlights with a striking desert camouflage.
