I wrote this because I wanted the general public to understand what we were trying to change in the diagnosis of appendicitis in the NHS.

This was the 1st and main paper from the #RIFTstudy.

The #RIFTstudy was my 1st time designing a study and publishing a protocol.

Something I thought was really cool was table 1. I made by comparing different guidelines on the diagnosis of appendicitis. It was the only head to head comparison at the time. #WMRC
