I find it incredible that it’s 13 yrs since the passing of Gary Speed. That someone so loved and respected, seemingly with everything to live for, couldn’t see another way out other than taking their own life just shows how important it is to talk. #RIPSpeedo

Remember the day, sadly. Was coming back from a grassroots football match with the U10's team I used to coach, all euphoric on winning away, to hearing the news on the radio,it went silent, all there was,were stifled sniffles,just couldn't believe it.
