Major renewal of ageing English roads delivered with £27 billion investment Road Investment Strategy 3 will fund major schemes to upgrade and future-proof England's roads over the next 5 years.

Nothing at all for Yorkshire and the Humber in #RIS3. Still no improvements in sight for east-west traffic. Guess it'll keep clogging up the wholely unsuitable routes across the Peak District such as the A628 which is near collapse and dangerous.
