RLI Reports Fourth Quarter and Year-End 2025 Results RLI (NYSE: RLI) reported Q4 2025 net earnings $91.2M ($0.99/share) vs $40.9M ($0.44) in Q4 2024; operating earnings were $86.4M ($0.94) vs $48.3M ($0.52).Full-year net earnings were $4.37/share and operating earnings were $3.47/share. Underwriting income was $70.9M in Q4 (combined ratio 82.6) and $264.2M for 2025 (combined ratio 83.6). Book value per share rose to $19.35, a 33% increase year‑over‑year (inclusive of dividends). The company paid a $2.00 special dividend ($183.7M) plus a $0.16 regular dividend in December 2025.
