For context, a medium-sized data centre might consume up to 20 MW, while a single large hyperscale facility can consume 100 MW or more. That is equivalent to powering 15,000–75,000 homes. The #RMSherwood #aidatacentre is three times even that hyperscale level.

The #aidatacentre that will be located in the #RMSherwood will be 300 MW. It will consume enough power to light up roughly 360,000 Canadian homes continuously, 24/7, year-round.

To put that in Saskatchewan context, the entire city of Regina( #yqr) has ~ 100,000 households.
