The #RTDBoard has voted to BAN ad wraps from transit vehicle windows!
This is a MASSIVE victory for riders - thank you so much to Director Paglieri for leading this initiative and for the Directors who supported it!
Urge the #RTDBoard to vote NO on Paratransit Cuts next meeting (9/30).
Reject outright this shameful targeted fare increase, w/ #RTDMgmt singling out riders w/ disabilities for cuts while NOT giving the Board the info needed to fix the broken Access-a-Ride service.

This week, the #RTDBoard approved:
- the Northwest Rail Corridor Joint Service IGA
- the cancellation of the Lamar advertising contract
- the appointment of Julien Bouquet to the Accountability Committee (Pt II)
but they also approved:
- $8M of contracts without one question
The IGA passed!
Approval from the #RTDBoard was 14-0 (Dir. Harwick was absent).
Another step forward for the Boulder / Longmont train.
The #ColfaxBRT project is installing another bus stop arch tomorrow night at 7pm.

The #RTDBoard has waived through the “same old” Allied Universal scope of work with barely a word.
Once again they have collectively told you how little they care about the rampant disorder, crime and fare evasion on the RTD system.
Employees and public platitudes mean nothing.
The #RTDBoard Operations, Safety & Security committee just stopped an attempt by staff to circumvent Board review & approval process for a new security contract for Allied Universal.
