Region 4114 strikes again with an X1.75-flare at an R3 #RadioBlackout level. Expect radio communication degradation through the Asian Pacific, China, Australia, New Zealand, as well as in the Western Hemisphere over the next hour (see colored regions in map). A #solarstorm may also be launching.

Region 4114 fired an X1.27-flare today causing a R3-level #RadioBlackout (watch the lines disappear in the colored regions of the map). No #solarstorm launch, but the region is crossing through the Earth strike zone now. A new X-flare player also rotates into view now, so expect more big flares!
