My first time back at Southend's Railway Hotel since it reopened, there for the Tuppenny Bunters NYE extravaganza. Great to see them play back at their old home and be surrounded by plenty of the old regulars, amongst some newcomers

'Suspicious' fire at derelict pub A FIRE which gutted the inside of a derelict pub in Harrow Weald is being investigated as suspected arson.

As with #RailwayHotel, Wealdstone, the Boxtree suffered post-shutdown arson attacks, accelerating inevitable 2011 demolition & conversion to block of flats.
