Today for #SaintsonSaturday it is back to #Norfolk and the #NorfolkBroads. This image of St #Agnes is from the glorious screen in #Ranworth Church.
The painted panel is 15th century, a vast canvas on which to picture the saints and a riot of colour. A wonderful mediaeval survivor

East window, mainly plain glass, but with a cross in the tracery & the Adoration of the Kings at the bottom.

The Virgin & Child in the centre, flanked by St Joseph & the three Kings on either side.

Quarries (small panes of glass) - * ALW & the date 1955 are enclosed within a pair of antlers. * The crown for #King&Son
