The knife sank into shadow and she twisted to grab the villain when he landed an uppercut on her face. His fist glowed. Tsukuyomi saw stars. Somehow, despite Dark Shadow being hit, he was the one lying on his back, winded. He felt… hollow. There was a sharp pain where… Nothing. There was nothing where Dark Shadow used to be. The connection between them was cleanly severed. He was quirkless. She was gone.

Oh! I do It myself.” Jirou sipped her milkshake and cocked her head, “Thinking of changing your look?” Tamaki glanced around their table. Shouto and Bakugou were too busy staring adoringly into each other’s eyes to notice anything around them. Kaminari and Nejire were giggling at something on her phone while the rest of the band and their friends sat a booth over and were being loud and obnoxious… as was typical for a bunch of college students at a Denny’s at eleven o’clock at night.
