The top of the picture tells you that now several hours have passed, which is what caused Fluttershy to end up in such an extreme flat state, molded to be a perfect fit for Rarity's fat plot to plop down on. Fluttershy is flattened with a Rarity butt print imprinted on her, said face blushing hard with swirly eyes and her tongue sticking out. She's obviously very pleased with this outcome. Rarity looks on with an almost sly grin, as if this was her desired outcome all along. Rarity talks to the poor flat Fluttershy in a sexy condescending voice; Oh my! Has it really been THAT long?! I do apologize, dear Fluttershy! Though, if it's any consolation, you look quite cute all smushed up like that...~
