Fun fact: the very first FCPA prosecution involved a place you've never heard of, called the Cook Islands.
I arrived #Rarotonga same year FCPA law passed in 1977. That law led to toppling of founding microstate leader, Albert Henry.
In his place, a former US scientist was elected.
