The Devil and Sherlock Holmes Tales of Murder, Madness, and Obsession David Grann Author of The Lost City of Z Shortlisted for the Samuel Johnson Prize
While the first few stories caught my attention, true crime is just not my thing and by the end I was ready to be done. Impressive journalism that would perhaps appeal to others more. 4/10 💙📚

7. Read a book about a piece of media you love: Be Ready When the Luck Happens by Ina Garten
Really enjoyed Garten’s chaotic antics (who knew?!) in her young adult years. Last chapters felt flat, but overall a great read for any fellow Barefoot Contessa fan. Store-bought is fine.
