I notice 3 things when shopping.
1. 80% of food in most grocery stores is over-processed food full of fructose corn syrup and chemicals
2. When traveling convenience stores and fast food are most available

Make a “Label Check” video—go through one ultraprocessed item’s label and show your healthy homemade version.

It’s so important to #ReadLabels because #palmoil is hidden in so many processed food products (which you shouldn’t eat anyway!): palmate, palmitate, Palm fruit oil, glyceryl, stearic acid etc etc. NONE of these are “ethically” or “sustainably” harvested/produced.
Surprise! Not a Canadian-made product…
While it has peas from Canadian farms, it is made in the USA.
