Mistigram: this prehistoric specimen, a spin on #GeorgeHWBush's 1988 campaign pledge (#ReadMyLipsNoNewTaxes), was drawn by #ANSIart innovator #NoelGamboa sometime in the late '80s, to discourage drama on echomail forums on BBSes. We included it in our 2019 career retrospective.
