5/12 For recalling MLAs, the threshold shifts from 40% of eligible voters to 60% of those who actually voted in the last election—a more achievable target. The signature collection period would extend from 60 to 90 days, giving organizers more time.

6/9 For recalls, the bill would lower signature thresholds to 60% of voters from the last election (currently 40% of all eligible voters), extend signature collection from 60 to 90 days, and move up recall votes to 4 months instead of 6 if approved.
