La communauté internationale ne peut continuer à détourner le regard alors que les règles de la guerre sont bafouées et que les travailleurs humanitaires sont délibérément pris pour cibles. Chaque attaque visant un humanitaire vise aussi la communauté à laquelle il venait en aide et trahit les lois destinées à protéger les civils et soulager les souffrances dans les situations de conflit.

The international community cannot continue to look away as the rules of war are ignored, and humanitarian workers are deliberately targeted. Every attack on a humanitarian is an attack on the community they served, and a betrayal to the laws designed to protect civilians and alleviate suffering in conflict.
The deaths of humanitarians demand more than outrage: they demand action.
