The battle of Alfeld. Ivans forces had to try to cut off NATO from crossing the Leine and escaping. NATO had to cross and take out as much of Ivans hardware as possible!

Originally based on the design by 'Testors', it features in the Tom Clancy Novel 'Red Storm Rising', written and released before the declassification and reveal of the F117 Nighthawk. I have painted it black with soft drybrushing to pick out only the edges and used lo-viz decals to give detail. The aircraft is shown as being bell shaped from the top down view, with the wings gently rolling towards the ground giving it the nickname 'frisbee'

Finished these M2 Bradley’s from Battlefront and the IPM1 Abrams.
The models are by battlefront and the stowage is from Debris of War. They are really excellent models to assemble as well. These are dressed up for the Race to Alfeld in the latter parts of #redstormrising
