Hey @VirginAtlantic - where's my refund for the flight you cancelled to TLV. You managed to return the Airmiles immediately so how come the taxes are taking soooo long? #RefundPassengers @WhichUK

Wow... @AirMalta's not even letting travel agents refund bookings in a GDS system anymore, when in March they said "contact ur agent for a refund if you booked thru them" (& that's how agents process refunds btw)

wtf guys #RefundPassengers or at the very least respond to people

Still waiting weeks for refunds from @airmalta & @virginatlantic for April flights that were canceled by them in March... We all know there's a backlog but at least confirm a timeline so folks have an idea. Really don't want to have to get my bank involved #RefundPassengers
