What I heard at ICE detention centers brought me to tears. My constituent Yari has dark spots on her stomach because of the dirty clothes she has to wear. Detainees have to fight for melted ice because it’s their only source of filtered water. An Armenian man I spoke to has been waiting over a year to get dental care and could be the next Emmanuel Damas. Many are forced to work for just $2/hour.
