This feels like 2016 all over again, when McConnell reused to allow hearings for a new SCOTUS justice pick from Obama 9 months before the November 2016 election only to ramrod Amy Coney Barrett through in Nov. 2020, as votes for that election were already being counted. #RepublicanObstruction
