Waking up to urinate at night could be from unregulated sugars. Try strictly lowering carbohydrates after 2pm for one week (eat meat and veggies only). If this helps then it shows that a blood sugar issue is at least part of the problem.

Good for the gut and so easy to make: water/vinegar, salt, garlic, red pepper flakes, dill, black peppercorns (simmer then add to carrots and refrigerate)

Chicken Salad Cheese Crisp
Making a cheese crisp in the microwave is the easiest but I prefer not to use the microwave. Using a pan is something I need to get better at (sometimes sticks). This one turned out good.
