A quote graphic from ISC President Rebecca Kaduru with the ISC logo. It reads "Across the country, communities were doing precisely what the EPA now says is its top priority: ensuring clean air, land, and water for every American. That's Pillar 1 of the agency's own 'Great American Comeback.' These projects delivered on that promise. Now we need that promise restored."
