Results:
🌟 violence down 23-60%,
🌟 restrictive practices down 16-38%,
🌟 staff sickness down 16%.

Exactly the conclusion I came to in between delivering education on ##humanrghts & #RestrictivePractices ❤️. It's not our way to be inauthentic, but I have met some #ActuallyAutistic people masking heavily & trying it. That I know of it didn't end up well for their mental health

Another fun day in a fantastic Irish #Disability Service, providing education on #humanrghts & #RestrictivePractices As usual, the hard work part came in the scenarios discussions at the end. Was delighted to see all groups went straight to the relevant person involved first for consent. Capacity !
