Richmond to seek MTC approval for $10 million in RM3 funds for wellness trail and neighborhood streets City staff and Trust for Public Land briefed the Richmond Rising committee that $10 million in Regional Measure 3 funds — $7.5 million for Neighborhood Complete Streets and $2.5 million for the Richmond Wellness Trail — will be forwarded to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission following City Council consent approval; NEPA and contracting work will follow.
