A female Mandarin Duck swimming in a river with it's reflection sharp and clear. Scientific Name: Aix galericulata Conservation Status: Least concern

It's been wonderful this year.
Walks in town, along the river were impressive in the number of birds that I spotted.

This is a very sweet female Mandarin Duck (Aix galericulata). It's mate unfortunately wasn't anywhere around.
