今日のシュクメルリと合わせたのは昨日早稲田の「こだわり商店」で買ってきたジョージアの辛口白ワイン、トビルヴィーノディデブリのルカツィテリ。

わぁ〜、赤に負けず劣らず白も美味しい〜♪(⁠*⁠´⁠ω⁠｀⁠*⁠)　口当たりが柔らかで後味すっきり。なにより酸味が強くないのが嬉しいなぁ。辛口だけどほのかにさっぱりした甘みも感じる。ドイツの白ワインに似ているかな。ピリッとスパイシーなところは大好きなゲヴュルツトラミネールを思い出した。

なかなか好みの白ワインに合わないんだけれど、これは気に入ったなぁ。同じく白で香り高いというムツヴァネも飲んでみたいぞ。
