Former Moose Lodge site cleared for mixed use: construction yard, warehouse and 50‑meter pool approved The board rezoned roughly 25.3 acres at 3233 Catawba Valley Drive to I‑1 and approved a special‑use permit Oct. 28 enabling a construction yard and phased redevelopment that includes a 20,000‑square‑foot warehouse, office/retail elements and an expanded aquatic facility. The approval is proffered to a submitted concept plan.
