What begins as an simple tale of a new RoboCop model (which also starts out better than the second movie), absolutely implodes in on itself, as the plot completely derails with an overdose of cheap 90's cyberpunk energy - despite being made in the 2000's. Too bad.

Despite the MANY flaws in this VERY low budget TV miniseries, it's clear the people behind it cared about the source material and did the best with what they had.
