This one is going to take a dark turn when Rolly prowl through the night as Filmnoir, a Batman Parody of him with some Darkwing Duck Toon durability with a bit of magic from the Kaped Komander. He strikes fear into enemies hearts with his Spiral of despair (His eye spirals that makes villains fear him, it work so good that he even himself at times), Boomereels (He use one of his reels as a graveling hook and throwing stars/disk), but he mostly use his witt to outsmart the mastermind like he does with his enemies.
