I'm probably shouting into the void here, but what can I do to get Royal Mail to actually deliver some post to us here in our London suburb? A whole week has gone by, and not only regular magazines but also expected birthday cards have still not arrived #RoyalMailfail

Trying to return Amazon parcel. Arranged return via local post office. Parcel too big for her Amazon box I will have to arrange pickup by Royal mail. Arranged. 2nd day of waiting in for collection. #royalmailfail #postofficefail

So my mum posted a Christmas card to us on the 11th December and it only arrived today.
I could have walked from our house in Ayrshire to her, collected the card and got back quicker in that timescale.

We had a postal delivery on Friday 12th December and then not another one until Thursday 18th. Not just us, apparently no one in a block of 20 houses had any post for 6 days in the run up to Christmas. We then received 18 cards in one delivery.

Who has approved weekly deliveries.

Posted a birthday card Wednesday lunchtime. Birthday was Friday. Card only had to make it about 5 miles across London. It arrived Saturday. #royalmailfail

Another #RoyalMailFail. Christmas present for a friend smashed during delivery, reported the damage, website wouldn't let me upload pics of damage. Despite it being a fraction of value + postage, they sent 12 stamps in "compensation". @RoyalMail, you are useless.
