Rules based international order was only for countries that had rule of law. Others too may have benefited but now with rogues in power bending all rules to their benefit and benefits to cronies the said order is disorderly.

This cannot be a "solution" that every neighbor of Russia must give up a significant portion of their territory from time to time in order to live in peace... for a while longer. It is time to demilitarize Russia and return the annexed lands.
