#Ruminococcus gnavus is robustly linked to diseases but there is a lack of insight in phylogenetic structure and genome. We addressed this by collecting 45 isolates and performing @pacbio.bsky.social sequencing. Sam also used a curated dataset to compile 287 #MAGs of the organism.
