I didn’t die!! Also, PB time at 2:55:08 (My first half was 2:58:04)! My earphones also didn’t die this time! I can see more Halfs in my future, but probably not til after the Phoenix Marathon.

This morning’s run was a run that tested me… I’m not a trail runner and didn’t anticipate how tough it would be. Hell, I even took a spill and have a couple of bruised palms and knees but I kept going and my time was still pretty solid.
