5k jog to army running cadences was pretty good, breathing worked, got a bit slow and tippy-toe on the hills but mostly kept the cadence going.

This weekend I completed (entirely unintentionally!) a #Parkrun challenge. Groundhog Day is running exactly the same time, at the same Parkrun, on two consecutive weeks.
