#RyanWhite should have turned 54 today. When the courageous Ryan was 13 he became #HIV positive from a blood transfusion. He was a beacon of hope in 1985 when he fought national stigma.

‼️ The #ACA enhanced premium tax credits (#EPTC) will expire by the end of this year.

♥️ EPTCs also have stretched limited #RyanWhiteCareAct funding so that #HIV care providers can maintain/even increase the number of people treated.
