MARCH 23 While we certainly wanted to see more Vayne and AD Kai'Sa with patch 16.7, our goal was never to shift the meta around their power. With the Tactician Crown coming this weekend we're reverting both those buffs to ensure the meta is just as diverse and healthy as possible both for our ladder climbing players at home and our competitors this weekend. Because 3-costs come online early, and are harder to contest with a two-star power spike, they have a higher impact on the meta, so we're acting fast to revert Vayne's buff. Vayne Ability Damage AD: 120/180/310 AD + 10/15/25 AP ⇒ 110/165/285 AD + 6/10/15 AP Kai'Sa AD Form Spell Damage: 42/68/150 AD ⇒ 39/63/150 AD

We’re reverting our buffs to Vayne and Kai'Sa which ended up warping the meta too much both for our players at home and our competitors prepping for the Tactician's Crown this weekend. These reverts are targeted to go live by end of day. We'll report back when the changes are live.

S-tier is dpeiBIS (anti-heal, shred, and sunder) but I also added JG, Guinsoo's, Spirit Visage.
AP lines are dominant and JG is great item econ in those lines. Guinsoo's is just a necessary item for most AD lines, and Spirit Visage is just overstatted.

How to Play: Targon Malzahar This comp was slowly making an appearance in the last patch but only jumped to S tier this patch with buffs to: - Zoe 3 - Leona 3 - Meta becoming 3-cost reroll Other powerful 3-cost rerolls like Ahri, Kennen, Draven, Darius and Jinx becoming more meta have boosted each other due to the shared pool and rolling tempo.
