While I agree that digital devices distract, #SB1014 that just passed @pasenate.com potentially takes away local #SchoolBoard control over policy and day to day operations of PA's #PublicSchools. Talk to the Superintendents. Restrict, but let schools decide how, when AND where. #teachingmoment.
