Visiting Researchers & Interns

Dr. Benjamin Berens, #SECUSO, is visiting ETH Zürich since November. He will be working with the “Security, Privacy & Society” research group led by Prof. Verena Zimmermann. Until 19 December he will also meet other researchers who focus on #security and #privacy or human #behavior #research. 1/2

Prof. Dr. Stefan Katzenbeisser - Universität Passau Schwerpunkte unserer Forschung sind die Entwicklung und die Analyse von Sicherheitsinfrastrukturen. Dabei decken wir die gesamte Bandbreite von der Entwicklung von Sicherheitsankern für eingebettete Systeme bis hin zum Entwurf von Sicherheitskonzepten für kritische Infrastrukturen ab. At this occasion, Tobias Hilt, #SECUSO, presented how to systematically examine human factors that need to be considered in #onlineelections (e.g., perceived usability or voters' ability to verify their votes), and the results of a recent study on US citizens' trust in electronic voting machines.
