At 53.52% total votes counted, Lee Jae Myung has 49.02% 9.18M of the votes, to Kim Moon Su's 42.61% 7.98M, it's currently predicted that Lee Jae Myung will win.

I don't know too much about South Korean politics, but this is an interesting map showing majority by area, with Lee Jae Myung doing well in the West, and Kim Moon Su doing well in the Eastern side of SK.

An almost perfect split in half.
