It's a bit of fun to play less efficiently and just have a handful of bases, making that race to transcendence while all the bots throw wave after wave of units at each other and me. They just break upon my walls and anti-air units :)

Well, I finally did it. After decades of playing, I finally won an Economic Victory on Transcend difficulty (without cheesing it by 95% conquering the world first. I've been trying to do this on and off for years.
