In France, eCPR is being done EARLY at only 3 sets of shocks. Should we wait for more shocks and a chance of spont ROSC without the inherent complications of very invasive interventions 🤷♂️🤷♂️ Think I’d prefer to wait! #SOA22 #FOAMed #FOAMcc

A pretty good reason NOT to pop the patient on ECMO. The TTE showed nothing, the TOE shows this huge myxoma, causing critical mitral stenosis! Surgery and cure in this 19 year old! #FOAMed #POCUS #FOAMcc #SOA22 @AEA_rubino
